Instructions:

* Fields marked with *(asterisk) symbol are mandatory.
* Upload applicant photograph in JPG/PNG format only and size max 2 MB.
* Proceed to fill up all details as per application form.
* Upload documents in PDF/JPEG format with the application and submit.
* Make online payment towards the registration.
* Please download the acknowledgement slip after the payment and preserve it as successful registration proof.
* You will need to carry a copy of the email about registration or acknowledgement receipt while visiting the venue.
* Only one mobile number allowed per registration.
* In case you already submitted application and payment was unsuccessful then click on 'Track registration', enter acknowledgement number and mobile number and click on search button.
* There is no cancellation/refund after registration/payment respectively.
*The registration fee per individual are as below and the same are nonrefundable.
1. Festival Delegate - Rs. 3500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five hundred only which includes festival kit, food and birding trails).
2. Student Delegate - Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only which includes food and birding trails ).
* The online registration shall be open till 14/01/2025 or till the delegate registration figure reaches 200 whichever is earlier.
* The registration fee for the festival shall entail participation of delegates to the nature trails, technical and lecture sessions only.
* Student Delegate need to carry their ID Card along with a copy of the email about registration or acknowledgement receipt while visiting the venue.
* Since the event is happening in Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary,Canacona, delegates need to arrange their own accommodation.
