* Upload documents in PDF/JPEG format with the application and submit.
* You will need to carry a copy of the email about registration or acknowledgement receipt while visiting the venue.

* The online registration shall be open till 31/01/2026 or till the delegate registration figure reaches 200 whichever is earlier.
* Student Delegate need to carry their ID Card along with a copy of the email about registration or acknowledgement receipt while visiting the venue.
* Since the event is happening in Valpoi, delegates need to arrange their own accommodation.
